The Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Professional paramilitary emergency rescue service" of The Committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry of investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan begins its history in 1932 with the creation of the first mountain rescue service.

In 2015-2017, accidents were eliminated at abandoned wells of the Karatobe fields in the Aktobe region, Kumisbek in the Atyrau region, and in may 2017, in the Atyrau region, the subsoil user, due to the lack of forces and resources of the voluntary emergency service serving the object, was forced to contact the Atyrau branch of the Enterprise, which eliminated the accident as soon as possible.
